Technical Features
- Vacuum tank operation - Drilling fluid enters with help of vacuum pump, gas leaves tank
- Constant temperature operation - Water circulation vacuum pump suitable for flammable and explosive gas
- High-speed spray separation - Drilling fluid sprayed through rotor window at high speed to tank wall
- Complete gas separation - Gas in drilling mud is broken and completely separated
- Low center of gravity - Main motor installed at one end to reduce center of gravity
- Belt drive design - Simplifies reducer structure
- Gas-liquid separator - Gas and water cannot be released at same time, uninterrupted trachea
- Water saving - Circulating water supplied to vacuum pump
- Dual function - Suction pipe can be used as high power mixer when mud doesn't contain gas
